Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and the promotion of healing. Leigh Sullivan practices Usui Reiki, which was developed by Mikao Usui during the early 20th century. It’s purpose is to bring healing, peace, happiness, and health.
The practice is based on the theory that everything, including human beings, are made up of flowing energy. Through Leigh’s healing hands, she will help restore your life force energy, helping you once again feel balanced and renewed.
As a powerful, yet gentle, non-invasive system that utilizes a gentle technique called laying of hands, your Reiki Master will place their hands at 12 receptive points of the body. Through this action, Leigh is the medium for healing energy (ki or chi) and through their hands your energy flow is strengthened and balanced.
Reiki sessions are done in a serene room, while lying comfortably, fully clothed.

A reiki treatment is an illuminating radiance of energy that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person and can create many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well being.

END OF LIFE DOULA
As an end-of-life doula, companionship, comfort, and guidance is provided to those facing a terminal illness or death. Our non-medical holistic support encompasses emotional, spiritual, and practical care.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Unlike traditional meditation, your guided meditation journey will involve a trained narrator who will meet with you to learn about your intentions. From there, you will be guided through different techniques aimed to meet your desired result.

With a deep desire to help and heal people on an energetic level, she sought out opportunities to explore, reflect, and grow. She first felt led to Reiki as if she was called home. She has blossomed in her intuitive gifts and her ability to connect individually to each person she works with. She embraces the practice that Reiki can lead anyone to their highest self. Watching the healing paths of others brings her great satisfaction and joy.
